Advent to Christmas Carol Service
In addition to our regular services, this special Carol Service will feature seasonal music by Rutter, Warlock, Tchaikovsky and others sung by the St. Mary & St. Giles church choir. There will be traditional carols for everyone to sing with all the musical accompaniment played by our organist and choirmaster, Jacob Collins.
All the services at St. Mary & St. Giles during the Advent, Christmas and Epiphany period can be found on a leaflet at the main entrance to the church or by going to:

Christmas Eve, 24th December at 3:00pm St Mary & St Giles’ Church, Stony Stratford
Crib Service
To recognise the journey made by Joseph and Mary from Nazareth to Bethlehem, the travelling crib has been travelling around the parish staying in a different home each night. At the Christmas Eve crib service it returns to the church and the characters take up their places in the scene. All the carols in this service will be accompanied by Jacob Collins on the Willis organ.
